- 5 Gallon Pail, 138 Deg F Flash Point, 300 Sq Ft Coverage, Urethane, Isocyanate Odor, Viscous Liquid, 1-Component, Amber Deck Coating PrimerP-801VOC Concrete Primer is a single component urethane based penetrating primer. It is used to seal concrete or ply wood substrates to ensure adhesion when applying Pecora Deck™800/800LV and HB1000 deck coating systems. It is also used to ensure the adhesion of new polyurethane coatings to existing (fully cured) polyurethane coatings. P-801VOC rejuvenates the existing polyurethane coating, allowing the new polyurethane coating to chemically bond with the existing polyurethane coating.
