- 10.1 Fl Oz Cartridge, 60 Min Setting Time, Siliconized Acrylic Latex, Non-Sag, Mont Sand XtraBond®50 Multi-Purpose SealantXtraBond®50 Colors is a premium grade multi-purpose siliconized acrylic latex sealant. The product is engineered to provide excellent adhesion to vinyl, aluminum, wood, sheet metal and most common building materials without need of a primer. The addition of a silicone polymer provides greater flexibility than other latex products. XtraBond®50 Colors is ideal for use in the installation of windows and doors – as well as interior sealing of cultured marble and tile. Installers prefer it, because the product cures rapidly to form a durable tight bond.
