What Happens Next?

New Customers

If you entered “0” on the form

First, we will need to assign you an account number. Then your online account will be activated by our Web Admin. This process may take 1-3 business days.

Existing Customers

If you entered your Smalley account number

An activation email with a link will be sent to you which expires in 48 hrs. Once you have clicked the link, your online account will be activated and ready to use. 

Our Web Admin will contact you with the next steps to activate your online account.
